  1. A plot with roads in North and East, with South and West closed is an excellent plot.
  2. If the North-East corner is extended further toward North and East, it is excellent.
  3. If the roads are lower than the level of the site and sloping towards North-East corner, it is excellent.
  4. If the level of the site is higher in the South-West corner, it is excellent.

Kona Sutra

  1. Kona Sutra is a diagonal imaginary line joining the South-West corner of the plot to the North-East corner of the plot.( Diagram A)
  2. It is also the zone between this diagonal line and the line joining the North-East corner of the main building to the North-East corner of the plot. (Diagram B)
  3. This zone should be avoided for digging a well or a borewell.

A grade Plot with roads on all four sides

  1. A plot with roads on all four sides is the best plot.
  2. It will have additional advantage if the roads in the North and East are lower than the plot.
  3. If the North-East corner is extended it is still more excellent.
  4. Doors can be fixed on all four sides in auspicious blocks.
  5. This is a Grade –A plot.
