Plot with roads on two sides North and West
- A plot with roads in North and West is a Grade- A plot.
- If the North-East corner is extended toward North or East, it is very good.
- If the level of the road in the Western side is higher it is very good.
- If the South-West corner of the plot is higher than North-East it is very good.
Plot with roads on three sides East, North and West
- A plot with roads in the East, North and West with South closed is a very good plot.
- If the roads in the North and East are lower than the road in the West then it is still better.
- If the South West corner is built higher in level than the North-East it will give even better results
- This is a Grade –A plot.
Kona Sutra
- Kona Sutra is a diagonal imaginary line joining the South-West corner of the plot to the North-East corner of the plot.( Diagram A)
- It is also the zone between this diagonal line and the line joining the North-East corner of the main building to the North-East corner of the plot. (Diagram B)
- This zone should be avoided for digging a well or a borewell.
